We at SLYX Fashions want you to look your best in our product. We take a lot of care to make sure every order we fill is in perfect condition, and we expect you to receive it that way. Please thoroughly inspect your
order upon receipt. Sometimes you may order the wrong size. Its a fact of life that we don’t know what our real size is. If you are unsure as to the correct size you should order, simply call our store and we will

To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk. We will be glad to exchange items that do not constitute a health risk. No returns
accepted only store credits are issued. No exceptions can be made so please order carefully. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition and unworn. All clearance items are non returnable. All custom
made items are non returnable.
If there are any questions, complaints, claims for shortages, or goods lost or damaged in transit, they must be addressed within 5 working days of receipt of the order. Returns and/or repairs will only be considered
if we determine that the problem is due to a construction flaw. Credits apply only to goods. Please include $5 for standard return shipping. Should you want an express return please call for pricing options. This
guarantee does not cover damage due to improper handling. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. We shall have the final judgment in this matter. Please read our latex care information page. Reasonable repairs for SLYX
garments damaged by the end user can be quoted on a per item basis. Otherwise there are absolutely no returns or exchanges unless by prior arrangement. SLYX Fashions is not responsible for return shipping fees.
